Teddy coat

I've been wanting to renew my brown coats with a cozy and loose one and the so called "teddy coat" so trendy this season, had those two characteristics, so seemed perfect for that. That's why when I found this one at Zaful's online store here I didn't doubt it. It's very soft and cozy and also longer than most of my other coats, so it's perfect to get a different casual style.

Can't wait to combine it also with sneakers and heels, but for this first outfit, I matched it with skinny jeans and this cute dotted pullover that you might remember from this other look from last year here. If you like it, I left you a link to a very similar one from this season in the credits ;). Black Chelsea boots, my black Furla bag and some golden jewelry do the rest. What do you think? Llevaba tiempo queriendo incorporar algún abrigo marrón y abrigoso para renovar los que tengo y el llamado "teddy coat" que ha cogido fama esta temporada, combina ambas características a la perfección. Por eso cuando vi éste en la web de Zaful aquí no lo dudé. Es muy suave y amoroso y además es algo más largo que la mayoría de los abrigos que tengo, así que es perfecto para conseguir un look informal pero diferente.

Tengo ganas de combinarlo también con deportivas y con algún taconcito, pero para este primer look me decanté por pitillos vaqueros y este jersey tan mono que tal vez recordaréis de este otro look del año pasado aquí. FW sales new ins

Pullover / Jersey : H&M (f/w 17-18)

I have to say that at the begining of this sales season I didn't find many intersting this on the stores. I think because sometimes with big stores full of stacked clothes and lots of people everywhere it's difficult to spot interesting things and I get confier when the sales madness calms down although there're fewer things to see. Morever, the things you find then usually are real bargains! hehe :P . Well, here I show you my sales new ins. Some of them are still on the stores in case you want to get some ;) . I also took advantage to get some things for the spring/summer, as you might know I like to do, hehe, but I'll them to you in another coming post. So which one is your favorite? and you tell me!, what did you got on the sales? :)

Tengo que decir que al principio de estas rebajas no encontré muchas cosas interesantes en las tiendas. Creo que porque a veces con las tiendas enormes llenas de montones ropa y personas por todos lados es más difícil localizar las cosas interesantes y me resulta más cómodo cuando se calma un poco la locura de rebajas aunque queden menos cosas que ver. Además, lo que se encuentra entones suelen ser auténticas gangas! jeje :P . En fin, aquí os dejo mis compras rebajiles. Algunas de ellas aún están en las tiendas en caso de que queráis haceros con alguna ;) . También aproveché los descuentos para comprar algunas cosas para la primavera/verano, como sabéis que me gusta hacer, jeje, pero éstas os las enseñaré pronto en otro post. ¿Qué me decís, cuál os gusta más? y vosotras contadme!, ¿qué os habéis comprado en las rebajas? :)

Music is life

Could you imagine life without music?? I couldn't!! :) I've always been very enthusiast about music and I've also used to play the guitar and the piano when I was younger! hehe. I think life is better with music! It makes you happier when you're down and also good moments are better when your favorite song is playing, don't you think? ;) This original pullover from Rosegal with quavers and semiquavers has this positive mood that music adds to our lives. I decided to match it with army green clothes to add some color but leaving the attention to the pullover, bluckled boots and bag both in black, plus matching silver silver earrings. What do you think?

¿¿Podríais imaginaros la vida sin música?? Yo no!! :) Siempre he sido muy entusiasta de la música e incluso solía tocar la guitarra y el piano cuando era más joven! jeje. Yo creo que la vida ¡es mejor con música! Te levanta el ánimo cuando estás decaída y también los buenos momentos son aún mejores cuando suena tu canción favorita, ¿a que si? ;) Este jersey tan original de Rosegal con corcheas y semicorcheas tiene ese aire de buen rollo que aporta la música a nuestras vidas. Decidí combinarlo con prendas en verde militar para aportar algo de color pero dejando el protagonismo al jersey, botines de hebilla y bolso ambos en negro, junto con pendientes plateados a juego. ¿Qué os parece?

Sweet lavender

Winter has come and with it really cold days... What to wear to avoid freezing? :P A cute pullover and a big scarf! hehe. I love the loose shape and the "canalé" design of this pullover, that's why I got it in two colors! hehe, this beautiful lavender shade and grey which is a basic one ;) . You might have seen them in Primark new ins here. I combined it with black trousers, black leather bag and boots and this cozy navy blue coat matching the blue shade of the pullover and also adding a beautiful contrast. Finally, couldn't miss a pop of color with this burgundy scarf! What do you think? Hope you like it and happy week! :) Kss

El invierno ha llegado y con él el frío de verdad... ¿Qué ponerse para no morir congelados? :P Un bonito jersey y una buena bufanda! jeje. Me encanta la forma holgada y el diseño de canalé de este jersey, por eso lo cogí en dos colores! jeje, en este precioso tono lavanda y en gris, que es un básico :) . Tal vez los hayáis visto en mis últimas adquisiciones de Primark aquí. Lo combiné con pantalones negros, botines y bolso de piel también negros y este amoroso abrigo azul marino a juego con el tono del jersey pero en contraste. Y no podía faltar un toque de color con esta bufanda burdeos para terminar de animar el look! ¿Qué os parece? Espero que os guste y ¡feliz semana! :) Bss

As you know, checks have filled the stores this season and as I like them, I've taken the opportunity to get these beautiful grey pants. I like them to be combined in casual outfits to make them less serious, so I matched them with this cozy light pink pullover (one of those s/s sales adquisitions, hehe), grey coat and black and pink accessories. Como ya sabéis, los cuadros nos han inundado esta temporada y a mí que me gustan, he aprovechado para hacerme con estos bonitos pantalones pesqueros en gris. It's time of Christmas dinners, meals and other meetings with family and friends and sometimes it's difficult to find the perfect outfit to be a little dressed up and also keep you warm. That's why I think tricot sets are a very good option for this kind of events ;) They're cozy, cool and you get an easy chic look! Moreover, they're also on trend this season!, which makes them easier to find them on the stores :) 

This one from Gamiss covered up with pearls is perfect for those Christmas events as the pearls add an extra chic touch :) Moreover, matching more dressed up or informal accessories you can elevate the look a little more or make it more casual. This time chose high heeled mocassins and this beautiful pearled bag (remember it from this weedding look here?), but I've already worn it with flat mocassins and a more casual black bag and it also looked great! What do yo think? Do you like tricot sets?

Es la época de las cenas y comidas navideñas y demás encuentros con la familia y amigos y a veces es difícil encontrar el outfit perfecto para ir un poco arreglada pero al mismo tiempo no pasar frío. Por eso creo que los conjuntos de punto son una buena opción para este tipo de eventos ;) Son abrigados, con rollo y consigues un look chic sin complicaciones! Además, ¡son tendencia esta temporada!, lo que facilita encontrarlos en las tiendas :)

Éste de Gamiss lleno de perlitas es perfecto para este tipo de eventos navideños y las perlas le aportan un toque chic extra :) Además, combinándolos con accesorios más o menos arreglados podemos elevar el look o hacerlo más informal. En esta ocasión escogí mocasines con tacón y este precioso bolso de perlas (¿os acordáis de él en este look de boda aquí?), pero también me lo he puesto con mocasines planos y un bolso negro más informar ¡y también quedaba muy chulo! ¿Qué os parece? ¿Os gustan los conjuntos de punto?

New bags & jewelry

Good morning! Today I show you some special new ins I got this season. Although low cost bags are a good option to follow some trends, I also like to have some practical and versatile leather ones that I can use in my everyday looks and which don't get destroyed at the end of the season (I hate that when this happens to bags that I love :( ). So when I see some leather ones with a beautiful design and which comply with this requirements, I think it's a good opportunity to keep on building this "essentials bag" list. So this season I got two new ones in black (love the inside of the flap in suede!) and brown that I show you here.

Something similar happens to jewelry. I hate when the ones I usually buy on low cost stores loose their color with the use, so for a long time I've been wanting to get some good quality ones that I can keep for years. I found these which are made of silver and covered with a thin golden layer and that I also loved their beautiful and delicate designs. What do you think?

Finally, to complete this set, I also found a pair of leather boots on sale that I got to renew the ones I had, which are quite worn away because they're many years old! What do you think about these new ins? Which one is your favorite? :)

¡Buenos días! Hoy os enseño algunas nuevas cosillas especiales que he comprado esta temporada. Aunque los bolsos de las tiendas low cost son una buena opción para seguir las tendencias, también me gusta tener algunos bolsos de piel prácticos y versátiles que pueda usar en mis looks diarios y que no se estropeen al final de la temporada (odio cuando esto me pasa con bolsos que me encantan :( ). Así que cuando veo alguno con un diseño bonito y que cumple estos requisitos, me parece una buena oportunidad para ir construyendo este "fondo de armario". Así que este año me hice con dos nuevos modelos en negro (¡me encanta el interior de la solapa en ante!) y marrón que os enseño a continuación.

Algo parecido me ocurre con las joyitas. Odio cuando las que normalmente suelo comprar en las tiendas low cost pierden su color con el uso, así que llevaba tiempo queriendo comprar algunas de buena calidad que pueda conservar durante años. Encontré éstas que son de plata con un pequeño baño de oro y que además me parece que tienen unos diseños muy bonitos y delicados. ¿Qué os parecen?

Por último, para completar el conjunto de novedades, unas botas que encontré rebajadas y que me compré para renovar unas que ya están gastadas porque tienen ¡un montón de años! ¿Qué os parecen estas novedades? ¿Cuál os gusta más? :)

Those boho 70s

Although 70s has never been my favorite decade in terms of fashion, I've bee a little into those boho vibes recently an this look is a good example of that. I combined this faux suede dress (which I also love for spring/summer! :P) with this beautiful blouse with lace ruffles and brown accessories in a very autumnal outfit. The suede texture and the flared sleeves add this boho vibes and some golden jewelry and the faux tortoiseshell watch do the rest. What do you think? Do you like 70s style?

Aunque los 70 nunca han sido mi década favorita en lo que a moda se refiere, últimamente me están llamando bastante esos aires bohemios y este look es un buen ejemplo de ello. Combiné este vestido de antelina (que también me encanta para la primavera/verano! :P) con esta preciosa blusa con chorrera y encaje, junto con accesorios marrones en un outfit muy otoñal. La textura del ante y las mangas acampanadas aportan ese aire bohemio y la bisutería en dorado y el reloj que imita el carey hacen el resto. ¿Qué os parece? ¿Os gusta el estilo de los 70?

Criss-cross

I was looking forward to start sharing with you more autumnal and warmed up outfits and now that I finished with the late summer ones that I had pendant, we can finally start! 

Bomber jackets like this one with a warm fabric are perfect for transition months. I added it on top of this look built from a black skort with a criss-cross detail on one of its sides, which makes the difference and a wrinkly grey shirt which adds the chic touch to dress up a little bit this look for a dinner out night. Some cool silver jewelry, heeled mocassins and this cute bag in the shape of a camera that I've already shown you on the blog, could it be cooler? :)

Estaba deseando empezar a enseñaros ya looks más otoñales y abrigados y ahora que por fin he terminado con los del tardío veranillo, ¡por fin empezamos!

Las chaquetas bomber como ésta con un tejido abrigoso son perfectas para los meses de transición. La añadí a este look construido en base a una falda-pantalón negra con lazada cruzada en uno de los laterales, que marca la diferencia y una blusa gris arrugadilla que aporta el toque chic y viste un poco a este look para una salida nocturna a cenar. Algunas joyitas en plateado, mocasines con tacón y este bolso tan chulo en forma de cámara de fotos que ya os había enseñado por aquí, ¿puede ser más guay? :)

California dreamin'

If you asked me about the perfect outfit for a day in south California I would always have said one like this formed by a denim skirt and a cute off-shoulder top as there, they have that ideal not-too-hot-and-not-cold weather to wear this kind of outfits. A few days before starting our trip to this wonderful state (as you might have seen on my latest Instagram publications at @gingercollage, hehe), I wore this outfit to say bye bye to the last warm days we were having in Madrid and this top came with me to that trip, altough I changed the skirt for a pair of light blue high waist shorts, which I find comfier for travelling. This time I matched it with bronze flats and sandals and some jewelry in gold and rose gold shades to add a chic touch. What do you think? Do you like my californian outfit? :)

Si me preguntaseis por el look perfecto para un día en el sur de California siempre diría uno como éste compuesto por una falda vaquera y un top bonito con hombros al aire, ya que allí tienen ese clima ideal donde no hace ni mucho calor ni frío para llevar este tipo de looks. Algunos días antes de embarcarnos en nuestro viaje por ese maravilloso estado (como habréis podido comprobar en mis últimas publicaciones de Instagra, @gingercollage jeje), me puse este outfit para despedir a los últimos días de temperaturas cálidas que tuvimos en Madrid y este top se vino conmigo en el viaje, aunque cambié la falda por unos vaqueros cortos de cintura alta en azul clarito, que me resultan más cómodos para viajar. En esta ocasión añadí unas manoletinas y bolso en tonos bronce y algunas joyitas en tonos dorado y oro rosa para aportar un toque chic. ¿Qué os parece? ¿Os gusta mi look californiano? :)

I'm really happy that you liked it and I appreciate all your sweet words :) Today I told you about one of the goals we usually have every time we get into the fall/winter season and that's to find the prefect pullover. You know, that key one, beautiful, flattering but also very versatile. Do you want to join me in that search? 

I've  been swimming through Yoin's online store and their fashion cute sweaters for womens and here I show you my favorites. I've chosen them in various shades that I like but which are also easy to combine with many colors in many different outfits. You'll notice that they're all very basic pieces but with some details wich make them special. Me alegra que os haya gustado y aprecio un montón vuestras dulces palabras :) Hoy quiero hablaros de uno de los objetivos que solemos tener cuando nos adentramos en el otoño/invierno como es encontrar el jersey perfecto. Ya sabéis, ésa pieza especial, bonita, favorecedora pero al mismo tiempo versátil. ¿Queréis acompañarme en la búsqueda?

He estado buceando en la tienda online de Yoins y sus jerseys para mujeres y aquí os dejo mis favoritos. Los he escogido en varios tonos que me gustan pero que al mismo tiempo sean fáciles de combinar con muchos otros colores en outfits con diferentes estilos. Como podéis ver, son todos bastante básicos pero con algunos detalles que los hacen especiales. Eat cake!

Hellooo!! After two weeks of holidays going across part of the USA as you might have seen on my Instagram (@gingercollage), I'm back with full batteries!! :D I still have two outfits pendant to show you from before the temperatures started to go down, so here it's the first one.

It's a casual look with some details that add a chic touch, such as these beautiful blue pants wich I find so comfy and chic at the same time, a basic light grey tee with a funny message which adds the cool casual point, matching navy blue pointed flats and small jewelry and the cherry on top with the Furla candy bag in lime with leather details that the ones who follow me from a long time might remember from some years ago. What do you think about my come-back? hehe :) Kss
